Dr. Steel Relocation
February 20, 2019
City Centre Family Physicians regretably announce Dr. Stefanie Steel will be relocating from Saskatoon at the end of May, 2019.  Her final day of work will be May 24th, 2019.  As far as possible, we will accommodate patients within the clinic.  We are actively looking for a replacement physician.  Your records will remain on file at City Centre Family Physicians; they can be sent to another physician or released to you at your request.

If you would like to search for a new physician, the Saskatchewan Health Authority website has a current list of family physicians accepting new patients.

Dr Mohsen
February 14, 2019
We are sorry to announce that Dr Yosra Mohsen will not be returning to CCFP after her current  leave, as she has made plans to join a new clinic.  Unfortunately Dr Mohsen's new position does not allow patients to transfer to the new clinic with her.

We are delighted, however, to welcome Dr Chantal Dufour, who will be covering Dr Mohsen's practice at City Centre Family Physicians until at least December of 2019.  We appreciate your patience as the clinic finalizes permanent plans for this group of patients.  Please check the website for updates.

Changes to Dr. Fenton's practice and welome to Dr. Olson
May 15, 2018
Dear patients,
I am writing to inform you of a new and exciting change to my clinic.  Dr. Richelle Olson is joining City Centre Family Physicians this month, and will be sharing my practice.
I am not sick, pregnant, moving, or planning to retire.  My clinic hours will remain the same.  This decision comes from hearing your frustration that it is difficult to get an appointment with me.  I share this frustration with you.  The ability to see your own doctor, in a timely efficient manner, is our ultimate goal.  We believe that accessing all of your medical care in the same clinic will improve the quality of your medical care.  It remains absolutely appropriate for you to see another doctor at CCFP, in the after-hours clinic or during the day, if our available appointments do not suit your schedule or the urgency of your concern.
Dr. Olson is a local graduate.  Many of you will have already met her, as she has spent a lot of her training time with me.  She impressed me with her skills, and her bedside manner, when she was a medical student.  Her knowledge base and expertise have grown immensely over the years, and I consider her to be one of the best students I have ever had the pleasure of teaching.
You can consider one, or both of us, your primary physician as we will work closely together.
Please join me in welcoming Dr. Olson to CCFP.
